We would be happy to answer some of your questions about postage, shipping, packaging, etc. on this page.
Shipping a “Trusted Craft Design” product:
• Shipping within Germany takes place via DHL / Deutsche Post (always including shipment tracking, branch routing) from €5.50 for smaller shipments up to 1kg, €6.40 to 2kg, for shipments up to 5kg €7.50, and shipments up to 10kg 9, 60€.
•    Freight cost are calculated in your shopping cart.
• For end customers with an order value of €90.00 or more, we ship free of charge, except to other European countries!
• For end customers in other European countries (Zone 1-EU) with an order value of €200.00 or more, we ship free of charge!
• The dealer shipping fee (within Germany) is €10.00 net.
• The dealer shipping fee (within the EU) is €19.99 net.
• We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the shipping price includes: toll and Co² surcharges, peak surcharges and energy surcharges. More information at: https://www.dhl.de/de/geschaeftskunden/paket/leistung-und-services/zuschlaege.html
• Packaging is included in the shipping price. For the sake of the environment, we send recyclable packaging and little plastic wherever possible.

FAQ:
What is branch(filial) routing?

If the recipient at the specified address cannot be determined upon delivery, the shipment would usually be returned to you. With the branch routing service, your shipment is given a second chance to reach the recipient in the event of an undeliverable event: it is deposited for collection at the nearest branch with parcel distribution. Your recipient will be informed by email and has seven working days to collect their shipment.
If the shipment is picked up, this saves the costs and effort that a return would cause and also increases the satisfaction of your customers.


How do we handle returns?
Returns/Exchanges
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our products. Returns are of course possible: you just have to send the product back to the address below within 14 days of receipt and pay the postage for the return.
Please fill out the online cancellation form and enclose it with the return. As soon as the goods have been checked for integrity in the warehouse, the money will be credited to the account known to us within 2 to 5 working days.
